Ed is a tech-minded creative and product director with a passion for planet-positive brands. Ed was behind WAES, the world’s first plastic-free footwear company. Before that he created the Deliciously Ella apps, and was a founding partner of global surf forecasting site, magicseaweed.com.

Tom Browning

Tom is a brand strategist, designer and writer, specialising in using the power of storytelling to fuel positive change for brands and businesses. Building on fifteen years of experience in some of London’s top agencies, Tom now focuses his efforts on socially- and environmentally-conscious clients such as the Food, Farming and Countryside Commission, The Dartington Estate and South West Mutual Bank, giving them the tools they need to thrive in a connected world.

Paul Butterworth

Paul Butterworth is a multi-award winning director specialising in SFX, surrealism, performance, transitions and food. He’s worked all over the globe for household names such as EE and Ecco. In a former life, Paul worked as an advertising producer and with some of the industry’s most iconic Directors, as well as in production departments on movies such as James Bond Casino Royale. Dr Julia Latham

Biodiversity Conservation & MEL Consultant

Julia is an interdisciplinary scientist with over 15 years of experience working on the conservation of biodiversity and sustainable natural resource management. Julia has expertise in the design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of multi-stakeholder conservation efforts for clients such as Conservation International, Zoological Society of London, Blue Ventures, National Geographic and UN-REDD. She has authored numerous reports and peer-reviewed papers, as well as technical ‘how to’ guidebooks and MOOC teaching materials for varied audiences.
